You may have met GATeam member Garrett Beem, however, you may not know everything about him.  Garrett is one of our client care managers who joined our team in March 2018. He works on the listing side of our client's contracts and provides all documentations and the assistance you need to have the best and easiest selling experience. Home stager and photography services can be setup by Garrett. He will help you figure out what kind of inspections, if any, you may need. Garrett handles every detail to make a successful close.  On a personal note, Garrett was born and raised in Napa, California—he is undoubtedly a huge wine guy. His wife was raised in Austin, Texas and the pair made the move to Austin from California in 2016. He loves spending time with his wife and son, relaxing outside, hunting and fishing.
